Wearable Device Electrode Sensor Solutions
Flexible precious-metal electrode sensors supporting PET, PI, TPU and other flexible substrates for cutting-edge applications such as CGM, sweat analysis and wearable ECG
Industry Overview
Wearable health monitoring devices are becoming an important part of digital healthcare. Applications such as continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), sweat analysis and wearable ECG monitoring place entirely new demands on flexible electrode sensors. Flexible electrodes must maintain stable electrochemical performance under dynamic conditions such as bending, stretching and skin contact, while meeting higher requirements for material safety, comfort and biocompatibility.
Relying on vacuum coating and magnetron sputtering technology, Huili Biotech specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of flexible precious-metal electrode sensors. We support a variety of flexible substrates such as PET, PI and TPU without material limitations, providing thin, durable and high-performance flexible electrode solutions for wearable device manufacturers.
Technical Solutions
1. Flexible Substrate Compatibility
We support a variety of flexible substrates such as PET, PI and TPU, delivering strong film adhesion and high bending endurance. By optimizing sputtering process parameters, we achieve uniform and dense film deposition on flexible substrates, ensuring stable electrode performance under bending and dynamic use conditions.
2. Ultra-Thin Design
Magnetron sputtering enables nano-scale thin-film deposition, with electrode thickness controllable within the 10–700 nm range. The resulting sensors are thin, soft and comfortable to wear without interfering with daily activities, while maintaining good conductivity and electrochemical activity.
3. Biocompatibility
Precious-metal materials such as gold and platinum offer excellent biocompatibility and are suitable for long-term skin contact. Through surface modification and passivation processes, Huili Biotech further reduces the sensitization and irritation potential of the materials, ensuring the safety of wearable devices.
4. High-Precision Detection
For applications such as continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), sweat glucose/lactate detection and wearable ECG monitoring, we provide electrode designs with low noise and high signal-to-noise ratio, ensuring accurate acquisition and transmission of weak physiological signals.
