Huili Biotech deposits high-purity gold (Au ≥ 99.99%) targets by magnetron sputtering, producing uniform, dense films with strong adhesion that ensure long-term electrode stability.

2. Nano-Scale Sputtering Process

Magnetron sputtering enables nano-scale film thickness control, delivering low electrode impedance and sensitive signal response. By optimizing sputtering parameters, we produce nanostructured gold films with high specific surface area, improving enzyme immobilization efficiency and electron transfer efficiency.

3. Anti-Interference Design

Common interfering substances in glucose testing include blood oxygen, ascorbic acid and uric acid. Through electrode surface modification and selective membrane design, Huili Biotech effectively reduces the impact of interfering substances and improves measurement accuracy.
