Founded in 2023, Huili Biotech (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to vacuum coating technology R&D and the development and production of high-precision precious-metal bioelectrodes and sensors. Located in the Science & Education Town of Wujin District, Changzhou, Jiangsu, the company leverages the scientific resources and industrial infrastructure of Changzhou Science & Education Town to rapidly grow into a leading biosensor electrode solution provider in China.
Built on magnetron sputtering vacuum coating technology, the company has established a versatile technology platform for the independent R&D and production of high-precision precious-metal biosensors. Our products are mainly used in POCT/IVD applications including blood glucose monitoring, blood ketone testing, blood gas analysis, uric acid testing, lactate testing, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and electrochemical immunoassays.

- August 2023: Huili Biotech (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. was founded and established its base in Changzhou Science & Education Town, China
- November 2023: Closed angel-round funding from investors including Yichuang Equity, Changzhou Gurong Venture Capital Center and Yuewan Huasheng Fund
- June 2024: Closed Pre-A round funding from Qitai Capital and the Science & Education Town Industrial Fund
- 2024: Products trial-sold to multiple leading IVD companies and gained market recognition
- 2025: Continuously expanded production capacity, improved the product line and advanced the R&D of multiple bioelectrodes
- June 2026: Closed a new funding round led by FreesFund and other investors
