Standard custom electrode prototyping is typically delivered within 1–2 weeks, and volume production lead time is usually 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and order size — significantly shorter than the 8–12 week procurement cycle typical of imported electrodes.

Gold (Au, ≥99.99% purity), platinum (Pt), silver (Ag/AgCl), titanium (Ti), nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), carbon (C) and multi-element alloys — all deposited by magnetron sputtering. Material combinations for working, reference and counter electrodes are selected to match your detection scenario.

Yes. Both breath-analysis devices are built on our in-house electrochemical sensor cores, and full-device OEM/ODM cooperation is available — including housing, branding, firmware and detection-parameter customization. Brand owners and distributors are welcome to inquire.

Our electrode products comply with RoHS and REACH, meet biocompatibility testing requirements, and the vacuum coating process itself produces no pollutant emissions. Test data can be provided with volume shipments.
